Our beginning
Built from the bedside, not the boardroom.
Lucy began with a nurse’s observation: a person can receive excellent care and still feel unseen. In a busy community, the stories and small preferences that make someone who they are can be difficult to carry from one moment to the next.
We are building Lucy to help create more moments of recognition and connection—not to replace family, friendship, or care. The people around a resident remain irreplaceable. Lucy is there to listen patiently, remember thoughtfully, and help meaningful details travel.
